I admire this guy a lot, the movement in all of his animations really is incredibly natural and consistent. The quality goes lower towards the ending, but it's damn worth the watch, reminds me of SpikeVallentine a lot, yes, this IS the guy from Serpent's Grave.

the handheld camera/selection moving animation isn't seen often on ng but is really dime-a-dozen with most fbf flash animators.. i find it boring to look at after a while. in any case, the backgrounds were really nice but the frames were messy and didn't fit with the painted style of the backdrops at all

the scene with the ballerina running looked bad :/ her body stayed in the same place while her legs just kinda flailed underneath her.

I feel like this guy's work would be so much better if he would stop worrying so much about backgrounds, filter effects, and dramatic camera angles and spend more time on the parts he's actually animating.

0:51 looks really out of place

I pretty much agree with tmk. I kinda get the feeling he's trying too hard to make the movie look professional, but the animation is pretty lackluster actually.

I do like the concept for this, though.

I forgive most of his faults in this one cos he did it in like four evenings
