I saw the first Death Note Live Action movie at a one-night only special feature. Even the nerdiest of anime nerds were laughing their neckbeards off. It wasn't supposed to be funny being hilarious. I was dragged along by my otaku friends, urrg.

well you should check out the second one, too. The ending differs a lot from the anime's ending. I liked all 3 of the movies by the way. More than I liked the anime.

(I watched the english dubs because I can't fucking stand japanese girls talk)
