I was a big fan of the character Revolver Ocelot from the Metal Gear series (Still am) and I got the name from a scene where Vulcan Raven refers to Ocelot as General Ivan.

The truth is while playing halo I created a profile called general trigger because I was a stupid kid but it didn't fit so I shortened it down to Gen. Trigger, the period didn't fit so I cut that out, the space didn't fit so I cut that as well.

Loathsome sounded like a name so I went by it. I like the sound of it so I'm keeping to it. Also people know loathsome is me quite well now so I wouldn't bother changing it.
