it was friggin 100°F yesterday and it's not much better today
since i moved i don't have the comforts of AC anymore
i have to turn my computer offa lot and just leave my room
but i need to wORK

i mean i live in seattle it gets a lot hotter in most places
I actually soak myself down with water, my arms, legs, hair and everything and put a fan next to me
usually thats all it takes considering its very hot here but the AC doesnt actually get to my room

i know how you feel being just north of you. but how i cope is by working 6:00am - 6:00pm landscaping everyday, nothing seems to hot after that. also it helps that my room is in the basement.

Yea Ive got the same problem, Im almost done with my big flash project Ive been workin on, but I cannot work on it durin the day. My room is on the second floor and heat rises so Im basically fucked in the morn with no ac either .

just buy a fan and make sure you have a sink/supply of clean water nearby and do what I do

Jeeze, i thought i was one of the few with out an air condition. But by the looks of it, almost everyone doesn't have one. I live in CT and the past few days it was 90-97 Degrees out... And all i did was cool off by turning on my shower as cold as it can get, and jump in for about 2mins. It works, it drops your body Temp. so you feel cool for a little while. =P anyways, today i don't need to do that, because its only like 80 out. Which I'm surprised because its Friday the 13th, and i though it would get up to 150... but eh, i guess I'm just lucky ;D

isn't good enough. ceiling fans don't cool shit. the small oscillators are good when it comes to power but they suck because unless you put them on your desk you don't get cool enough. the ionic breeze fan is good for covering everything but it's far too weak to keep you cool. what you need is either a tall oscillator or actually get an air conditioner and plug it into the wall of your room
