This episode of the powerpuff girls is impossible to find on the internet; i don't think it even exists. but a friend of mine torrented it and put in on google video for me

it's my favorite episode of the powerpuff girls ever. the last time i saw this, i was 12 or something. (almost 7 years ago)

I've only seen this episode aired once, but it has always stuck with me. it's always been my favorite, and despite only seeing it once before now, it's always been the one i've remembered most distinctly. why? because it's fucked up.

short synopsis: an old friend of professor utonium from college comes to visit him again. after seeing the powerpuff girls and being amazed by their powers, he tries to create knock-offs of the girls so that he can sell them to crime-ridden countries around the world and make a profit. He ends up mass-producing and mass-distributing thousands of mutated and deranged powerpuff girls all over the world.

this episode is my favorite because it totally deviates from the typical cute and innocent storyline that the show usually has. it's dark, creepy, and mildly disturbing imo. I have no idea if it was ever aired again after i saw it 7 years ago. i wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't. so for those of you who have never seen this episode before, i hope you like it

But there was also this one weird episode where like, the Powerpuff girls were in another city and everything was all strict and such.

That one rings a bell, my favourite one though was when Mojo Jojo "infiltrated" the girls party or summat, that one was strange.

i don't remember this episode but i stopped watching it 30 seconds in because the sound is off-sync. that drives me NUTS. i'll just wait until i get to it - blvd bought the ppg dvd box set so i'm watching them all. i'll also be putting them all up on torrent if nobody has done it yet

My favorite episode of the powerpuff girls is the one with sandman

beyond being royally fucked up and full of weird and horrifying scenes, its also very funny and the whole thing rhymes

Speed Demon was one of my favorites, where Townsville gets all post-apocalyptic and Him turns into a giant super-form. Any Him episodes're great.

i think it's common knowledge that ppgz took everything that was great about the original and threw it out the window

true, in the last couple hours I've looked at many screenshots of the episodes, and I wonder if CMcC able to stop ppgz. he created the original I would imagine CN would have to show him at least couple drawings of it, at which point if I were him I rip every last concept drawing of ppgz and say fuck no

even if he did (which he probably didn't - the network would be the ultimate decider), craig was probably flattered that a foreign studio with a big budget would want to create a big spin-off of one of his own cartoons and allow it. yes it was awful but we can't blame the japanese for not understanding western cartoons in the same way that western studios have difficulty mocking anime style and story veins.

my favorite episode of the powerpuff girls is the one where the professor starts to act like a cat I don't remember exactly what happened but it was funny. I haven't read any of this thread.

a favorite of mine is when mojo jojo finds out he helped make the power puff girls by pushing the professor into the chemical x
at the end he kept saying "it was me.." which really creeped me out at the time
