Also: Grinace poke fun at Brawl Taunts at how really lame it is. The animation is bad, it's not funny, it gets a lot of praise, etc.
It also doesn't have to be about Brawl taunts, it can be about all badly animated video game parodies and such. Watch Metal Gear Funnies, it's a great example with a few really great bits that make fun of Metal Gear, but not make some lame joke only gamers would get.

I have a filter on a movie clip that that I want to play once, and the only way I know of getting a MC not to loop is to put a stop command in it.
And I only know basic AS1 sooooooooooo......

So here is my first part, put into 2.4 mb as a swf. I can't figure out exactly how to get it any smaller, it might just be the intensive scribble parts taking up space rather than the audio, which itself is around 800kb.
So give me a yay or nay, and some suggestions as to how I can fix it up if you like it. And if you want the shit at the end cut off I can do that in favor of a more kid friendly edition.
And if you don't that's okay, I'll just cut up the few sequences of creepy fat kid and submit them as loops.

You got mine okay right ?? I uploaded it on SpamTheWeb because the Fla is very small itself, but I will give you it in any other method if you wish. It's flash 8 and all that just like you said. I have Flash 8 too, so when I do collabs I run into the same problem with people that use CS3, lol.

i liked the idea but i didn't like the kicking the pokemon and then his mouth falling off part as much. i don't know but maybe it'd be worth trying to just focus on a badly drawn dog joke or a 'mouth like japanese anime' joke, because badly drawn dog has nothing to do with anime so it's a bit conflicting.

I always have this problem when animating. I always know what I want the cartoon to LOOK like, but I hardly ever think of the content of it first. I never focus on ONE exact topic.
I figured "hey well its a badly drawn cartoon, why not try this?"
I really wanted to post the thing before I finished it, so that someone could give me a suggestion or something because I didnt know how to finish it.

Damn I stoked really bad for this. I would love to make a second part, I have a plan/idea/some drawings made out but I am stalled because of my new headset (same driver problem shit I have griped and whined about here for quite some time now). I am sure the co-authored roster will be pretty much the same as last time, excluding maybe a few that didn't make a part will be replaced with someone like Ukinojoe or whatever feels good with cdm. If it ever came down to it, I would never want to be co-authored myself, just recently I got my main deleted (blah blah blah, all the same shit I have been talking about a lot) and all that stuff. Also mainly because I suck shit compared to most of you guys, and I am new to this community. I will start making better stuff I am sure when I get a tablet, so yeah, I can't wait to show you guys some of the work I will produce.

With my new headset not working, driver issues, blah blah blah etc etc. I might just use my ghetto ass mic then, it might add more ambiance to my part with it's ghetto-esque quality, but it's actually pretty clear for how low grade it is.

That has been taken care of well in advance. My computer couldnt handle exporting 17 parts all at once so I have sent the .fla to Billy who has been taking care of it in the meantime. Ive been sending the parts I think should go in the collab to him. I'll probably give him a list of the order the flashes should go in. Maybe not but we'll see.

Aright I have one last thing to request and then I'll leave you guys alone since I'm sure my absolute lameness is slowly poisoning everyone.
Now, like I've said, I've enjoyed prettymuch all of the stuff I've seen on here. There's only a few that I didn't think were hysterically funny or clever, and I thought many of 'em were actually pretty well animated. I knew from the beginning this wasn't anything getting worked up over, since there's a combination of people who're just doing these for the fuck of it and some who genuinely hate Kira and myself because of "the stuff we do". There isn't any point to getting worked up about it because I know you guys don't like to take stuff like this too seriously either.
The thing is...why? I know some of these are done out of hatred, which I guess is understandable even if it's not the best motive, and MGF let you guys prove how easy it is to make "crappy" movies such as this become successful (I'm using that word lightly). Then I thought maybe this was to send a message out to other people on NG to not "follow our example" or whatever, which didn't make sense either since I know you guys aren't fond of the NG community in the first place.
Several of you guys are really great animators, but I just feel it's kind of odd that you have so much passion to wanna spend time animating something that satires a piece of crap made by a barista/amateur voice actress and some dumbass college kid she hired to draw a cartoon for her. Again, I get where the hatred comes from, but why does it matter that much? Not saying I'm not still entertained and amused by the whole thing, I'd just assume you guys would be more interested and passionate about animating your own original content as opposed to stuff like this.
So I'm not gonna ask you guys to stop, since it's come so far and everyone's put so much work and funny material into this, but at the very least I'd like to know what your (or maybe multiple) reasons are for wanting to go through with the entire thing. Just out of sheer curiosity if anything else.

Im doing it because I am expressing my feelings towards your movies and both of you. Empowered by my rage of hearing Rina Chan/you/ whatever making a sequel to the already incredibly unfunny overrated plague known as "Brawl Taunts", I jokingly suggested that it was "time for Brawl Funnies". After seeing there was interest in the project, I decided to lead it. I can't say what everyone else's intentions were, but if youve seen my parts, I think they become quite clear!
I worked on this instead of an original project for a couple of reasons. people need to become aware of how fucking stupid this shit is so that hopefully theyd WATCH the original project Id make as well as other original projects instead of clicking on "Brawl Characters are VERY FUNNY". Hopefully itll encourage at least a couple of people to change.
The second was, as Squeef said, you are both huge faggots. Maybe that'll change but as if now you both are incredibly gay.
The third was the hilarious reviews/responses we'll probably get from this.
The 4th was of course just for kicks!

I think the only other response is that I KNOW you guys are intelligent human beings to the point where you can accept another person and not judge them based on what they do. To be honest I don't like a lot of the stuff -I- do any more than you guys feel about it already. However, I've had many a decent and pleasant conversation with quite a few people that frequent here, many of which are people that feel the same way to the point in which they'd enter something in the collab because it's all in good fun. But, as you pointed out too, I'm not getting my hopes up that -everyone- else on here is gonna be as accepting as others, nor do I expect people to want to change their "I think you're a faggot and I'm not changing my opinion because blah, blah and blah" mentalities. IF you wanna do so, feel free to strike up a conversation. I came to TBA in the first place because a few friends from here told me this is a great place for talking in-depth about animation and I can see that it is, just a bit difficult to allow everyone to converse sometimes. Oh well, can't change people.
