One of these days I should really make a movie that has a point.
Or one that is actually funny.
This picture is something I did about a week ago, but it doesn't feel finished. Any ideas on what may improve or "complete" the picture would be really helpful.
the problem of it feeling unfinished is the vector art on top of the non-vector photo. hey're not mixing together very well. vector world should stay seperate from the real one. heh
i don't know about what rtil said, I liked this
the reflections on the turntable looked really nice too
i nevre said i didn't like it ya big jERK
/well all ya did was complaiun mna wahat wa I supposed to think with u whinin;' all over tha oplace
cuzx he asked wy1 so i said it!!!!!!!!!
fuckinn prick!!!
banned, yo!!!!!!!!!!
There's so much love in this forum <3
Thanks for critique. Do you think it would look better if I vectorised the photograph then?
it's possible, or maybe vectored over it so you could still see a little bit of the texture of the board and all that jazz. cuz i know vectoring all that would take a little time.

man WTF???!?!?
I say leave it un-vectored. I think it looks pretty good. You took the lighting down in the picture which makes the vector work pretty well. You could strengthen up the value on the character, more darks, but other than that, I think it looks fine with it in a raster photo. Nice job!

y 4 u all hate me?!?!?!?! i'm leving 4eVR!!!!!!!!!!!!
ok guys im leaving FOREVER im not comin back this time and you can't change my mind either!!!!
ok I'm back now
Okay thanks guys :] I'll try strengthening the contrasts in the characters and see how that looks RobjaFalu and I'll test out what you said rtil in a few places, if it looks good then I'll do the rest but I think it might take a bit too long.
EDIT
Thought I'd just edit this than post the image in a new reply. I changed the contrast a bit and also desaturated the photo. I then used a pink gradient so the colours are more monotone. I'm not sure if it's better or worse but I'll let you guys decide.
