i think what your style suffers from is a lack of signifying detail behind your characters
i.e. alot of them look way too similar to each other
I think you try to hard on the detail, you need to focus a bit more time on the basics such as anatomy and perspective.

i did get richard williams book for my birthday and im about halfway done. its really good stuff you learn something new each page. i definitely need to take life drawing classes so i can brush up on anatomy. im thinking ill get an art minor too
