Rtil is Stephen Hawking. First of all, rtil is severely physically disabled and is in a wheelchair, he uses a computerized voice, but instead of intelligence, he has so-called "art skill," which in my opinion, is just sub-par. Rtil constantly crashes his wheelchair into objects and has had a knee surgery in Las Vegas due to his disability in 2001, and a hospitalization for a gunshot wound to the chest by James Tysoe in 2005.
