I generally fall asleep better with a full belly.
Depending on the lighting in my room from the moonlight affects my dreams.
BTW, Pizza does work.
The weirdest fucking thing, i sleep the best and fall asleep easiest, if i drink a big cup of coffee, the stronger the coffee, the better it works.
