Title: a c0rn drawing fresh on the cob

Hi, I've been doodling at my c0rn design for quite a while now.  I used to draw all the time back in 2004, and I occasionally do since then.

It is still in the rough and I would love to add some minor details, or maybe even some time i will feature it in a flash animation(which may be difficult due to I am used to drawing in the gimp).  However, I did not use a tablet to make this.  Critique if you wish, but keep in mind I have drawn this for my personal enjoyment.

Well, i can tell its corn. Maybe ad some yellow and some kernals?

Thanks for the suggestion.  This time I tried detailing and coloring it.  I did not use gradients, but I did manage to shade it.  However, this may make it a little more difficult to animate, but I am up to that challenge.  I also added hands to my character's design.

I guess the next step would be to give him big red and white boots. Some sunglasses and a back to front baseball cap. Then he would be really cool.

I think im going to have to draw an example of what cool corn would look like when i get home.
