It's a bit too slow and the lines wobble a bit but it's still kind of smooth. I don't think it sucks, but you could indeed better it.

but his leg moves like rubber, because it bends almost as if it's missing joints

I actually wanted to make him dance like he was made out of rubber but after 30mins+ it looked like that and I lost motivation. I wish there was a faster way to animate that isn't tweening or spriting.

I drew a total of 3 heads and changed them. It'd look weird if that was the only part of the animation that would always he static in my opinion.

The fbf animation was actually good because it's pretty fluid but it would be better if you just tween the head I think unless there's more dynamic movement being involved.
