also i don't know why but only his profile is like that. i have no clue what could have caused it, and i'm not even sure how to fix it. but it doesnt' seem to be a problem so i guess i'll just leave it like that. although it's kinda freakin me out to be honest

Eh, I kinda immediately got the fact that only higher staff (or mods) could see the warning level (that's what I'm calling it), but can we see the backwards printing? I'm gonna go look under his avatar to see for myself. Looks normal from the regular user's end.

When you say only his profile's like that, maybe you should compare his profile to everyone else's, like in html or whatever language you've used to do all of this if it freaks you out too much...some of the coding may be different for his than everyone else's. Maybe he's a genius and changed it to mess with you...
