You should try to shade your stuff (or if it's shaded, do it more visibly.)

Ya the third one is meant to look weird, and my shading style is extremely light and keeps close to my brush strokes, I've been meaning to improve it, but the 2nd image isn't shaded at all.
I must say you have an interesting way of drawing noses.
