also why do some internet blockers always take so long to block the fun stuff after 2 semesters of going to youtube they block it and almost anything that has no real danger to studying

This place is blocked at my school
For our school, blocking started when people went to pay porn sites and registered with the school's connection.
Now, they monitor what websites everyone goes to and then they block them if they aren't helpful in any way.
proxies man I have tried almost all tthe proxies i can think of they work for while and then they block
the proxies but you know if its not working for you try going to google serach iamsofree
and click propeler . com it has proxies that people make all the time good luck

the IT guy probabley added someone as a friend and then got rejected and has hated the site sense

not necessarily my school has blocked all proxy sites and such and you can't download anything either so Tor is out of the question, but you could try Firefox portable not sure but luckily enough for me My school hasn't blocked newgrounds
Eh, you can tunnel your way through all that shit without the aid of software anyway. You just need to learn some awesome skills to bypass the security checks on the PC and then shut down the filter.
