The girl is the best and the bald guy has an interesting expression. Work on your lineart before you jump into colouring your characters in photoshop. I'd also draw fullbodied characters as often as possible. If you just focus on faces, you forget about bodies entirely
BTW, this is in NO WAY constructive criticism. You suck! I'd give up and shoot myself, if I were you.

well first i'd start by using hard edges to shade. they'll get the volume of the figure more clearly. and it might benefit you because you have a graphic style
The girl is actually looking nice. That stuff is by far better than the stuff you used to draw.
