More Info: This is a package design for the anonymous cologne. Everything was done in photoshop except the logo of course. I like how it turned out. I printed one out and it looked pretty good. The recycle and the flame were vectored in flash as well.

This may sound stupid but im not sure if your making a flash based website or regular
coding (ASP, PHP, CSS, Java)

I generally hate design work like this. Structured stuff that someone obviously sat there and thought about before working on. I like insanity and disorganised designs, with stuff all over the place, so these don't do it for me much, but I do realise I'm in a minorty.

Things I like about your work, even though they might contrast with my general tastes:

Clean and solid.

Well 'shopped images.

GREAT colour choices.

Strong flow and use of principle.

Breaking rule of thirds (I hate that garbage usually. Fuck you rule of thirds.)

The graphics you used were good choices.

I use xhtml and flash depending on what I'm making and what it calls for.

Yea rule of thirds is stupid... my eyes go directly to whatever catches them, not just the freaking third of a page.

I'm just majoring in graphic design and minoring in advertisement like I said, so it leaves a pretty broad field, but the school I'm going to (in the fall) has a pretty well known grahic design program which centers on advertising anyway.

I get commissions from people looking for website designs and usually flash headers/ animations and so forth. I have talked with nokia and stuff, but they're too hard to deal with. I might try again one of these days.

Thanks something I was looking for in most of these was color wise, it was tough seeing as how I love designing with black. They turned out pretty well.

corel painter is digital painting software, and its "image hose" tool allows you to plugin a sequence of images of your choice, and spread them across a page depending on how you set the brush. here's a crude example of what it can do:

painter is used by a lot of fine artists but its texturing abilities making it appealing to many graphic artists

It is a delicious program.
But i like vectors more, so photoshop is preference.
