How was the anime
it was alright. LA is trash but i met a lot of great people. massive amount of bodies+talent. didn't get to experience the con much since i was behind a table all day but sales were good so i'm ok with it
I went to AX once back when I lived there. It was exhausting, but I remember not being as interested in a lot of the panels and things. I sort of just walked around for two days.
yeah that doesn't really add anything to this conversation does it
it must have been cramped as fuck there. glad you came back alive.
welcum back
just looked on google and found out that AX = anime expo
one of my co-workers went there and said it wuz good

where i was located only at times, although if you look at video and pictures of opening times people are packed in like sardines. i imagine it isn't much different from san diego comic con which has an attendance over 100k. AX this year was estimated 90k, and some of the entrances are bottlenecks espcially where AA and tabletop gaming was (kentia hall).
i just sat behind a table and sold art all day though so i missed all the huge crowds. i did however see lines for general attendance passes and it stretched very, very far. there's a video of the line going as far back as the freeway although idk if that's from this year.
