Strawberries are nice, but I feel overrated massively. Blueberries are the best of these choices and I make smoothies from them whenever I get the chance. I'm deeply morally offended that gooseberries aren't an option of this poll, or an option in my local shops and markets.

They exist but aren't common, no. I've been to France a number of times but not recently and didn't ever recall seeing a lot of it there, but then again wasn't looking out for it.
I once had some blackcurrent starbursts from a tube that I got from the UK. It's a crime that we don't have them here. Artificial grape sucks.
