we don't have one of these threads, and we need one. Considering most of my time i just speedrun pokemon red/blue or play yugioh, its rare i actually pick up a shooter let alone enjoy it

How's your card collection coming along? I used to have a sizeable amount of yugioh cards before I had to burn them on suspicion of inviting demons into my house when I was a child.
No kid could beat my blue eyes white dragon/megamorph combo though, those days will be missed

i have a very low tolerance for exp grinding

If either of you said Warframe was half as fun as Vanquish I might give it a shot (though it probably couldn't be with a mouse and keyboard, so I'd probably need to invest in a gamepad that wasn't almost a decade old).

i play it with mouse and keyboard idk.
the gameplay (while nothing more than run and gun) is very satisfying. it just feels really good to play, which is a must i guess because of the intense grind.
weapons and controls are responsive and theres a real weight to a lot of the melee combat and the firearms. visually its pretty impressive as well
also its free. the pay to win element is kind of redundant considering most of the time youre working with people rather than against them, and the in game currency is more than enough to obtain anything you want
so yeh just give it a go and if you hate it cool, coz its not like you lost any money or anything
