Should the text in the intro always be animated like that, even when several instruments stop playing in the outro version?

idk its a bit simple but it does the job

if i was animating an intro i guess if want to make it as memorable and interesting as i possibly could
to me, pulsing times new roman font doesnt seem very interesting
