no idea, but this is the ED song to Hoozuki no Reitetsu (http://myanimelist.net/anime/20431/Hoozuki_no_Reitetsu), a very funny anime which came out this last winter. the music video very appropriately takes place in what i can only assume is hell, which is also the setting of the anime.
