i don't drink much cuz i really just don't get out that often. but, i love amaretto. i can just drink that stuff straight. other than that i'm willing to try anything. although i have to say i really don't like beer from what i've tried so far. but i haven't tried that many, either. i think i'm more of a hard liquor kind of person tbh
i can drink beer for ever and never get drunk
Rum straight or Whiskey straight, no chaser.
I'm gross, I know.
At house parties or shows
with friends
rum straight is great
ayinger and chimay are two of my favorite beers.
whenever blue moon is on tap at a bar im pretty happy with that.
ive been much more into wine lately than beer but i recently went through a long beer phase.
hendricks gin and tonic is good
i love eggnog with rum when its done right but thats really just for the holidays.
champagne is always a favorite.
also can't go wrong with malt liquor, preferably https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=az0_O-nIWU0 (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=az0_O-nIWU0)

It seems most people are either/or. For the longest time I only drank liquor; it's probably a combination of finding a style of beer that suits you and acquiring a taste for it. After so many occasions where liquor wasn't available or was overpriced, I just went and tried everything until something stuck (it probably helps if you're already inebriated on something more palatable like cider before you try a new beer).
Now I actually don't drink Liquor too much since I don't throw parties as often as I'd like. I had some after a few beers at a club the other night and felt so sick afterwards.

There is absolutely nothing gross about whiskey straight, but I haven't had any since the four horsemen I drank at my 21st. What's good?
Incidentally I once drank a third of a bottle of tequila straight and it wasn't as gross as it sounds. I proceeded to roll around on the floor to feel the carpet...took forever tracking down all videos of that night and deleting them >>;
i too have done the "roll around on the floor" thing
cept i was drinking around a liter of rum every day at that point

have you tried dark beer? I found that most people who dislike regular beer consider dark beer to be much better.
i haven't really
mixed drinks and shots are all i can really stand
mainly rum n coke and vodka n sprite
Duckstein is a great German red blond beer with a magnificent taste. Actually I'm from Bremen and should support Beck's which isn't bad... but you kinda lose a bit of your fascination when something is the norm in your area... Additionally, I really like a Danish lager called Faxe (because Vikings, mofo). Last but not least, I love all sorts of German wheat beers, which also mix well with banana juice. If you ever have the cance to try one of these, go for it!
Other than that I am a great fan of Scotch Whisky. Chivas Regal is pretty amazing. Tasts well blended with Coke and on the rocks. And above that it's one of the cheapest relly good ones that I know.
i like to drink dark liquor and cheap mexican beer whe n im socialyl interacting with people close to my age
mexican beer is great, i love dos equis
mexican beer is horrible
It's not for everyone but i love it
yEAAA *passes a can of tecate to slack*
lmfao oh my god tecate is worse than natty ice
no not tekate
i like corona and dosequis
tequila gives me diarehhea boo hoo life is so hard
tequila turns me into a cold blooded killer with zero remorse or retention of what i do or who i do it to
corona is ok but tecate is no way jose
one time i went to a bar and drank all the dos equis
there was a mexican gentleman across the bar and he raised his glass and gave me a nod of approval
one of the best moments of my life
Any beer is fine with me.
However, honestly though, I am particularly fond of hard liquor. I do enjoy some vodka and rum every now and then.
vodka is piss
rum is the nectar of the gods
hate beer, like whiskey, love red wine
wine drunk is best drunk
I end up drinking fruity vodkas a lot because most of my friends are women, but if I have the choice of alcohol I usually drink straight whiskey. Maker's Mark is very nice.

I can attest. I fucking hated beer until I tried dark. Dark is pretty tolerable, and doesn't taste exactly like retention pond water.
Also Mexican beer is okay.
so i try to read this thread and what i gather is there are alot of lonely drinkers who drink then complain on the internet?
drinking alone sounds pretty lame

it is. That's why you try to reach the point where you don't care anymore quite fast.
^have a drink with me babe
drinks on me
drinking alone is cheaper than drinking with company
i tend to drink a lot less when there's no one to talk to
I like my local beers.
I agree with that except my local beers and your local beers are probably not the same
In Bremen we have Beck's which seems to be quite popular all around the world for some reason, as it is sold internationally and I have literally not come accross any country where you cannot find it at the supermarket or cour local liquor store so far... It really isn't my #1 choice in regards to beer, although it definitely isn't bad.
Wheatbeer (not as a brand but as a type of beer) from the southern regoins of Germany is pretty recommendable tho! It has a really sweet and smooth taste. It can also be mixed with babana juice, which makes one magnificent drink.
Holy fuck... I'm getting repetitive...

nahhh
I mean, I live in the wine capital of the US, so there's good wine. As far as beer goes, I don't know that much about how to make beer, but the hops in my area are really well suited for making some tasty beer.
NorCal shit man.
Minnesota beers are alright

Minnesota beers are alright
yeah but it's way too cold for most of the year there to drink a cold beer, I bet.
not at all
we do have all 4 seasons here
Drinking warm beer is disgusting. I love the winter because my beer doesn't warm up instantly it takes time to and by the time it does begin to get warm you've already finished most of it. In the summer it often gets up to and over 40C (I think that's 110F or something.) As for my preferences I do enjoy my whiskey, beer is what I drink at the end of the night to keep me at my current state of drunkenness.
My friend got me a bottle of Glenfiddich which I have been enjoying lately.
i can drink beer at any temperature
^^ woah bud youre soundin desperste ther
*desperate there
i mean why wait for it to chill in the fridge/cooler
i wanna drink it NOW

you must be one of those people who walks really fast and expects people to walk as fast as you and when the toast doesnt pop up quick enough you just pop it manually even when its not nice and toasty

gonna be a bad boy tonight
I tried this at a bar nearby and thought it was pretty good. Next thing I know, its the only thing I've been drinking all summer. Apparently there's a lemon-berry one that comes out in the fall so I'll have to go hunting through liquor stores to find it.
