feels a little stiff , sepecially the swf . mostly cuz all you did was move the rectangle around . needs follow through motion
I second what Rtil said, the movements feel very stiff and undefined. As well as further developing and ameliorating the movements of these characters, you should probably focus more upon variation in timing regarding the individual movements of each of these characters. Also, some of the forms of what you've drawn could be refined a bit more, with more precise lines and proportions that are defined. Specifically, I refer to this concern in response to the proportions of the limbs.
