I started writing a really small post, putting down amusing answers to your Turn-Ons only.
From then on out, I seriously went overboard and decided to do the same for the Turn-Offs, ended up writing too much about the Egalitarianism which made the point of what I initially wanted to post invalid and I decided to give some real answers.
Some of them are still the old ones I wrote down when I began with this post though.
Although you most likely did not intend for anyone to respond to your introduction like I did below (i.e. by writing a freakin' book), I have to say that I enjoyed writing out my own opinion about everything. I noticed that while I agree with your point of view on certain things, I only wrote about some other things you listed, although I was impartial to them, because I wanted to make the post complete. Some of the things you mentioned are definitely turn-ons and turn-offs for me as well, but most of them I just gave my opinion on.
Overkill? Oh most definitely!
Helped me to waste time though until my brain will finally let me sleep again. Writing seems to make time go by a lot quicker than anything else and I like writing anyways.

I can appreciate a good joke, but prefer written comedy or just spontaneous remarks that are funny.
A conventional joke that is being told traditionally is a lower, but at times fair form of comedy, to me.

I actually do not mind the medium in which a story is presented, as long as the story itself is told well and the medium supports or underlines it instead of decreasing the experience.
A good example is the anime "Monster".

The urge to look at artistic strokes to get aroused has left me since that early age.
On a side note, why do we even have that hentai topic on thebackalleys. I know people will hate me for saying this and pretty much all of the users post in it, but I've skimmed through the posted messages in it a couple (two) of times and reading the witty posts, which in my head translate to "heh heh this is funny I'm being funny. I do like the pictures though..". Most posts are not 'witty' like that and just fully embrace the thread, which still confuses me as to whether it's a big joke everyone joined into or if it actually is just a topic to share drawn porn.
I'm not saying that you guys and gals shouldn't do what you enjoy but whenever I click on the general section of the forum and see how many pages that topic has, a single tear drop runs down my cheek. <-Not supposed to be offensive, I just really don't understand it.

I'm not rude, but can be conceived as such, when I am expressing myself/acting in specific/uncharacteristic ways, which are aimed at entertainment for myself as well as potentially others (like I sometimes act on IRC. There are no 'potentially others' that are being entertained though).

- Nice guys:
I am a nice guy, but I'm not what would generally be considered a 'nice guy'.
I am assuming that you mean the people who cater to other peoples (mainly females) demands or even go as far as trying to make those other people feel as contempt as possible, based on solely what they say.
I know a lot of guys like that in real life and I don't understand the reasons behind it, especially because they act like that towards people that clearly don't like them. If someone doesn't like me, I don't try to make them like me by being their water boy. And if I like someone else, then I don't need to show it to them by do everything for them. That's similar to how a dog behaves.

- Egalitarianism:
(Focusing on the interpretation of 'setting everything equal')
A total equilibrium is an idea I very much oppose on many levels.
While in some aspects of our society, I agree with the notion of equal treatment - especially when it comes to treating every race of humanity equally on the base that they are human, or when it's about giving everyone an equal chance at something, based on the requirements and skill set which the individuals provide - but setting everyone and everything equal sounds to me like what a maths teacher would yell when having turned crazy.
If your social status is equal to the one of everyone else, there is no need to try to make something out of yourself or accomplish personal goals, because you would work for nothing. This consequently diminishes a huge part of our basic human desires; differentiation.
Granted that we would still, to a certain extend at least, try to differentiate ourselves on a social level from others but the efforts to achieve these goals will decrease with each iteration of the social equilibrium shutting it down.
With that said, it's impossible to have an equilibrium in the area of social and private interactions among small groups. That is not how we work.
There is literally no reason to set everything equal, because instead of the wanted result of everyone being contempt with it (since a lot of worries will cease to exist), it would cause chaos due to our current mindset. For this to work, every single human on earth will need to want this system.
On the other hand, setting certain aspects of our society equal can be beneficial and even work partially, but never completely.
I could list example after example of why most notions of Egalitarianism would shatter during their inception phase alone, but I will spare everyone a text wall by simply putting forth the following:
Let's start by setting all religions and their gods equal and see how many people will follow.
Only in a perfect world, with creatures that are not like us.
My apologies for the unnecessarily detailed answer, but I am very much a fan of discussing subjects like these.

- Abandoned buildings: Are you speaking of buildings that are abandoned and decayed to a point of no repair, or simply buildings that are currently not occupied and perhaps partially destroyed with the possibility of reconstruction?
If it is the first, then I am totally with you on that viewpoint. There is no reason to have buildings like that around.
If it's the latter, I disagree, because reconstructing and repairing an already existing building is often times a great way of preserving old works of art by revitalizing it. It will also use up less materials, obviously.
Even if a house is abandoned and maybe partially broken, as long as it's not dangerous (which, if it was, it would not be there anymore), offers shelter to people who are in desperate need of it. Which would make them non-abandoned anymore, but you get what I mean.
Conclusion:
You posted some interesting things and I engaged out of boredom. But there's a lot of similarities between your and my views on the turn-off list, as well as some checks on the turn-on list.
Clearly, that means that the white haired granny-girl of your forum-avatar shall now fancy the uhh.. indescribable 'face' on my forum-avatar.
