lmao that voice. i'm no animation expert, so i can't provide insight if you're looking for female voice actresses, why not just look to youtube, there are a bunch of pseudo voice actors/actresses there.
What about that sheila that does every single bit of female voice acting on newgrounds ever? I forgot her name but she does the same "cutesy uguu~" type voice for every female even if it doesn't suit the character.
I don't frequent newgrounds so I am not up to date on the current president of only female voice actor of newgrounds. Any examples?
