As someone who has played 150+ hours of dota 2, I have not noticed this. Unless they come later when you click too much (as it takes after a mod of a blizzard game, and like all blizzard games, you get weird quotes when you click guys too many times)

it's for intentional feeding but i classify memes as verbal abuse and valve's moderators seem to agree :cool:
