then i exported it as .png files and imported it into photoshop as an animated .gif. Then I exported it as an animated .gif with 16fps and only 4 colors (1 of them was transparent and is there by default, so it's actually just 3 colors). I selected "muster" for the dither option and that made it look so neat around the edges.
Same thing for the avatar.
