a while ago i heard that they were working on 2 or 3 spiderman movies at the same time, about time one of them gets released.

Seeing as I'm a sucker for super hero movies, especially marvel related ones, i will definitely go watch this.

well this ain't "spiderman" it's "the amazing spiderman", which is a different marvel comic series i think, different 'universe' and all that, marvel does that a lot.

Well they rebooted the mess up called "Hulk" to The Incredible Hulk for the purpose of the avengers movie (vie watch after the credits xD) And yes. It is a trend and it gets more money!! xD

the spider-man movies were the only super hero movies i liked because they were creative and unique. clearly the product of a visionary director and powerful writing. i am certain i will hate this movie. no sam raimi + trying way too hard to be dark and serious

reminds me of when they remade Hulk recently, because the original was too creative, and exaggerated for fans.
So they made it dark, gritty/shitty with a dumb plot of a guy who wants to become like Hulk and then fight him for no reason whatsoever.

Except that remake didn't even try to be another origin story (except for a two minute origin sequence at the beginning to let you know it was a remake,) So this will be even worse.

I bet it will be the worst movie ever for its budget.

I somehow dont get the spiderman vibe from this trailer and i think thats a bad thing.

it's not really a remake, it's, as you already say, a different universe. Things have changed in the remake quite a bit. Same goes to spiderman without his bitch etc.

I want to point out that Edward norton is not playing the hulk in the avengers; hence it has lost all redeeming value

My main gripe with this film is the Peter Parker doesn't look believable as a nerd its like getting someone from 'The OC' to play Quazimodo in 'The Hunch Back of Notre Dame'.


Also [spoiler]Is it wrong that i want to see a movie where neo nazi Edward Norton can turn into the hulk and has fight saladin to defend Jerusalem with a secret order he recruited in a special fighting club.[/spoiler]
