basically i got a sidewinder x6 because i've been wanting to try out something else since my roccat arvo is kind of too small and doesn't sit will in my hands (the x6's red glow also goes better with my cabinet)
unfortunately when i installed the drivers for the x6 some win7 bullshit got fucked up and all i could do with it was adjust the sound, bring up the calculator and adjust the lighting which uh doesn't fucking help me since i need the keyboard to actually type and shit
so i assumed it was a dud and switched back to the arvo
BUT for some reason the HUMAN INTERFACE device thing under devices shows an error and the arvo doesn't work either!!! so i uninstalled the shitty x6 drivers, it was still fucked, did a system restore, nothing solved
i did some googling but didn't find anything like this???? and the solutions that were somewhat relevant to the x6 problem didn't work either (automatic troubleshooting > fix it)
i managed to get some old shitty keyboard that i spilled apple juice on years ago to work but my fancy 200$ or whatever keyboards are SCREWED WTF! need techfag help asap none of the noobs that usually help me with this bullshit are available atm (permanent vacation to nigeria for cheap hookers, looking @ chrome...)

i plugged in my laptop without installing drivers first and win7 collapsed completely and refuses to boot at all
on monday i'm going to fucking go to the store where i bought it and rape everyone until they fix it
i did a complete system restore and now my laptop works again
my cousin told me to go into msconfig and do some stuff but since i'm trying to disable fucky windows drivers it's hard to find what i need
it's ok i fixed it i have a glowing red keyboard now to go with my mouse, headset and tower
now i just need a monitor that does the same thing
