the girl on yellow looks finished to me, i mean you could call it finished
my fave is the girl in red with the scythe. i'm guessing you accidentally merged the bg with the girl, in which case, that is a bitch and i'm sorrry
I typically only work in one layer, occasionally duplicating the layer to use as a backup of sorts if i mess up horribly later

your traditional coloring is pretty impressive, most people can't do that! and yes, ms fortune is awesome :D her midsection got scrunched up, seems like you wanted to fit it all in and ran out of room on the paper. one of the downsides of not having unlimited canvas space , but other than that it's good

ahhh yeah i see that now :( something looked off! thank you though~ it sucks when you do it on paper because you can't go back and fix it once it's been lined haha
and as for the coloring; it takes a while to get it down, hell i still haven't perfected traditional coloring myself. it's very fun though, i love using multiple medias like markers, crayons, and colored pencils together :) for the madoka pictures though i only used copic markers

awesome color! the poses are really cool. my only quip is some small anatomy things. the humanoid kyubey's shoulders are out very far, and shark nurse's ribcage feels a little boxy. just a few minor tweaks , otherwise you are improving quite a bit.
Yes I agree with you on kyubey's shoulders look strange, they weren't popping out so far in the sketch but I fucked up while line arting u__u and nurse's whole torso looks short to me :c I'm going to do lots of studies over the summer and try my best in improving my anatomy!

ah, you might be right. i think it's the tube top that looks more wonky than her boobs if anything though, i should probably fix that. thanks!
her face seems on a different perspective plane than her skull, her eyes feel a little floaty. i dont know if you do this already but try to form the head and the facial features before you draw the hair on, so you can get a stronger facial structure
ah yes i normally draw the whole body without anything extra on like clothes and hair, i think here though i just started with the hair and kinda went with it. i'll have to work on where my faces set on the head

that's a great rei drawing, i like her expression. if you were to take it further, i'd only adjust the left hand (i don't think it's wrapping around the staff quite right), and the chest area (you can use shading to imply the small breast bumps, the lines in the middle are unnecessary i think)

the chest looks better for sure. the hands are looking better, but the grip is a little strange. hands in that kind of pose are pretty difficult. the best way to nail it may be to find a similar reference, or even take a picture of your own hand holding something.

Thanks! It's based off of Homura from madoka magica. I'm pretty sure the spine is off, It isn't in as much of an "S" shape as it should have been, I think.
The ribcage might be to small, even. I don't find it insulting don't worry, I take it as good criticism :3c
