at the theater i work at it\\\'s like $10.75 a ticket for an adult after 4pm and $14.75 for 3D. then everything at the concession stand is pretty pricey, with a large popcorn being like $7.75 and the smallest size fountain drink being $4.25.
hopefully none of you guys actually go to the concession stand at any theater (because it\\\'s all over-priced garbage that is placed in a layout designed to manipulate you into shelling out the cash), but how much do you guys usually spend on a night out at the movies?
for me it\\\'s free cuz i get free movies FUCKIN PWNED NEWBIES
i never buy food or drinks at the movies
biggest ripoff of all time
and movies are expensive here
usually $10 a ticket
like 20 bucks on tickets and 10 for snacks
i bring my own drink but i love me dat popcrn ye aaaa
paid 12 bucks a ticket tonight
depending on the theater i go to, it ranges from $3.50 to as much as $9. the $3.50 theater i generally get food which is only around $8 for food and beverage, but the high pricing theaters, we tend to stop at a convenience store or target to buy food and sneak it in.
thats sum wack shit 10 bucks is aready 2 much
you guys should be eating before or after the movie, not during it. enjoy your entertainment at different times so you can actually appreciate both
but if you\\\'re not going to do that then at least sneak it in i mean seriously come on. cook your own popcorn and bring it in your purse or your girlfriend\\\'s purse or up your ass or something
THAT\\\'S WHAT I DO
ASSCORN
$1000($993.5 goes to popcorn and drink)
So Taylor, how do you feel about matinees.
I have been known to sneak sushi and iced tea in. Also I mostly go to the $3 theater.

Quote from: New_UserSo Taylor, how do you feel about matinees.
it's a good idea but at the theater i work at it's hardly even a real discount because matinee ends at 4pm
if you get to a showing before noon it's 6 bucks, if you go to a showing before 4 it's 8.75
regardless it's irrelevant to me because i get in FOR FREE
between $8 and $10 not counting food and drink

oh god are you staring in my window
seriously creepy
12 bucks
it used to be 10 :[
At home it used to cost $6 to see a movie up until a couple weeks or months ago, now it's $7 which i'm still totally happy to pay. When i'm at school, we have to go 15 miles to the Tinseltown and the matinee is usually i dunno 5 or 6 bucks i cant remember. I think its 12 normally. Also i didnt realize til this summer Loew's has really good matinee prices for being a big box theatre chain. $4.50
So now that Taylor is back does that mean that we won't hear from Armon for an indefinite amount of time?
about £7 but its around 4-5 if you go before 3pm. Doing this with orange wednesdays (get a code and use it to get a 2nd ticket free) makes cinema trips super cheap fun for all.
the imax in reading near here is like 15 a guy. the local mall theater is like 8 a guy i think
at edinboro its FREE AHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I usually go to the early bird show if it a normal film so its only 6 bucks, but if I go to 3d its 14.75
i don't ever go to the theater often enough to remember but i think it's like $7-$10
