I watched that link and um...I wish I knew what the hell was going on.
there are thousands of better movies for me to watch right now but I'll probably end up going with my buds.
it should be entertaining at least. I like the harry potter imaginarium, it's creative.
i loved the books but always hated the movies because they changed the vision of the world i had created in my mind while reading the books. i'll probably still go if my roommates drag me along
so we all agree that we wont go unless forced to by our roomies..
yep. i dont know why i let them drag me to see bad movies
they wouldn't come with me to see machete
ill probably see it
honestly the only HP film i liked was the last one that came out, i'm probably gonna see this one though if it continues with that same sorta mood
Quote from: DrRumackill probably see it
nope
prolly yes.
i've only seen the first one, and only because i was invited to watch it.
i didn't like the movie too much but i fucking loved those harry potter jelly belly beans.
imo the story of the book's author's life is by far more interesting than the story of harry potter.
i'm going to watch it.
i'm going to be wearing these

yes
son of a bitch look at those nachos
i read the 7th book, liked the ending, and i love the movies. I wish terry gilliam directed them though. It was gay and stupid that he didn't.
yesssssssss
now that i pretend the movie and the book are largely unrelated, it's easier to ignore how much is missing/changed/infuriating.

what
he has better things to do
trippier things
the movies are ok I liked the dark tone of the 6th one but they didnt quite portray how important the horcruxes are
Im such a fuckin gay harry potter fan ive actually read all of the books

harry potter would be fucking crazy and trippy if gilliam did it and everyone would love it way more

You guys are petting my peeve.
i just came back from watching the movie and it was great!
It was well paced and never felt really boring. I didn't even know 2 hours 30 minutes had passed when it ended
When there was an action scene it was awesome, and it was really really well shot and had some beautiful scenes in it but my favorite scene was the animated sequence that told the tale of 3 brothers
out of all the harry potters this is the best one so far but i can only imagine how cool the final one will be
ive only read a bit of the books but honestly i think the movies do a pretty good job telling the story of the books, it may not be exactly like them but hey give them some credit
like chicken said, the books are made up of tons of filler anyways. there was no need for order of the phoenix to be a gazillion pages long
i think the films at least manage to mostly get the important/entertaining events down
The real version
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T2axyeB7CxQ..._embedded#at=53 (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T2axyeB7CxQ&feature=player_embedded#at=53)
I really didn't like the last one
But this one was so much better than the last one in my eyes.
They may have done the 'noise gets louder and then suddenly stops when the next scene starts' and 'something loud jumps out at you' things too much.
Man that animated sequence was pretty great.
I wanna see it. :<
and yeah order of the phoenix took a month for me to reed (with diligent nightly reading because im slow at this) and I wasted a lot of time. I dont know why I skipped 3 because its apparently the fucking best one.

Prisoner of azkaban is the best book in the series
also im sorry I hope I wont turn this into the harry potter fan thread
it already is I think

bubbles gets WAY more screen time
I liked it, but to wait until july to finish it fucking sucks.
also, the 6th book was my favorite due to how deep it got into voldemort's past, but they fucked up the movie, so this one was loads better than the last one.
Quote from: jjjjjjjjjjthe animated sequence that told the tale of 3 brothers
yes this part was fantastic. i feel like they really did a good job staying true to the book this time around
Quote from: dillybar-chan nya~also, the 6th book was my favorite due to how deep it got into voldemort's past, but they fucked up the movie
THIS
i liked it
i feel like harry potter is the only series that can incorporate cartoon elements into it without feeling weird or unnatural
emma watson is the only thing in that movie worth watching
fell asleep watching it.
Quote from: squidemma watson is the only thing in that movie worth watching
i really miss her big curly hairdo, she looked so good with it.

10/10
i love her short hair
she looks too much like a boy to me
I fuckin loved it and not just because of emma watson
The 3 brothers thing blew me the fuck away. If I ever went into 3d thats the sort of style I'd love to get into I think.
The rest of the movie was fun. Much better than the last one.
