lookin at my folder full of drawings i noticed i draw a lot of girls, motorbikes, artillery, insects, and monsters

what do you draw the most and/or like drawing the most

girls, WACKY faces/heads, animals mostly monkeys, clouds cars robots skeletons monsters

almost no color this worries me

Mostly anime, but sometimes I like to broaden my horizons and draw manga.

sometimes when i get bored in class i take a piece of graph paper and color in every other square on the entire page

whatever objects i can get my filthy mitts on but no people which is pretty bad

--> 3/4 views and often facing towards the left (I partially blame lefty-ness)

usually uncolored and done with ballpoint pen, unless colored in Tegaki

It used to be girls.
Then it was monsters.
Now it's blobs masquerading as art.

I dont think ive ever attempted to draw something "realistic". I guess its because cartoons have always moved/interested me more than naturalistic pieces even tho I am still amused people can depict reality so well.

I have always tried to achieve an awesome cartoon style but never have been satisfied

naturalistic art is lame but I've always viewed mastering it as the first necessary step of making decent artwork
