Not something I'd watch, but it looks pretty nifty.

...And coincidentally, I forgot to turn off a song I was listening to while watching this
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ez6bCGruoaI
and I almost thought it was part of the trailer.

lmao what is that narration voice

Anyway, I remember seeing this trailer a while back. Animation and designs look great. What studio(s) is doing this?

Yeah this trailer didn't make it look very appealing to me either. There are other much better ones on that channel. A movie in which dangerous racing is the main theme (e.g. Death Race 2000) isn't something I would usually praise. It helped me not to think of it as much of a movie about racing, but a piece de resistance of dying eastern animation.

Im going to put my hand up and say i saw this at the movies and absolutely loved it, shares the same energy as Dead Leaves, some really hilarious writing and none of the best parts are in the trailer, came out all warm and gooey inside.

Oh cool did you see it in Melbourne? I heard they showed it at a festival there before it's premiere screening in Japan.

looks really cool

its got an 80's - 90's feel to it. like the sort of thing that got me into anime in the first place (cool colours, crazy angles, mad fast stuff) i guess before all this lucky star/K-On/teenage girls that look like blobs with dots for noses shit started

Makes sense considering the director animated Ninja Scroll.
