theres something really weird happening on ALL of my browsers lately (Im using chrome, IE, and Firefox) . I keep being redirected to sites that are completely unrelated to what im looking for whenever I use google to search for something.
For instance lets say I want to click on your everyday wikipedia article to consult something
then some bullshit thing appears on my adress panel and Im being redirected to a lot of shit
the pages im being redirected vary, but they are often
-Ads for me to call a lawyer on car insurance
-how to plan my family
-Do I have rectal cancer and how to cure it
-The best brand of toothpaste
-Look for appartments in WA!
this is the thing that appears on my navigation page after I click most links

and these are examples of some of the pages im being redirected to
http://www.planningfamily.com/hpalt/?tc=11...m=rs4-1936_2742 (http://www.planningfamily.com/hpalt/?tc=110676&subid=rs4-1936_2742&utm_source=advertise&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=RON&utm_term=rs4-1936_2742)
http://www.informationgetter.com/search-re...keywords=sirens (http://www.informationgetter.com/search-results.aspx?keywords=sirens)
http://www.younghollywood.com/videos/lifes...or-charity.html (http://www.younghollywood.com/videos/lifestyle/giving-back/celebs-pingpong-for-charity.html)
and so on
I waste like 15 seconds every minute because of this problem.
HOW DO I SOLVE IT
p.s. Also sometimes whenever I click a link it does not open at all or opens just to give me a 404. BUT if I right click on it and open it on another tab, IT WORKS
why???? how can I solve this other insanely stupid problem?
check for viruses or something, otherwise i have no idea what could possibly be happening.
Maybe reinstall your browsers too.
first, run this:
http://www.lavasoft.com/ (http://www.lavasoft.com/)
if that doesn't solve your problem, run this:
http://www.safer-networking.org/en/index.html (http://www.safer-networking.org/en/index.html)
if that doesn't solve your problem, read the goddamn directions first and run this:
http://combofix.org/ (http://combofix.org/)
