Japanese went hard on these x-men intros for the japanese audience.

Basketball shoe film wasn't that bad. But its a talking head movie, if that makes sense.

I think the last JB movie was his peak and he's too old and fat to run a mile now.

The Best character in this movie is easily the shoe designer who died irl before the movie came out.
I wanted to see this in theatres but I could not.

I have a problem with making stuff; I'm trying to learn how to get better. Most of the advice people give me ends up being pretty useless, except on TBA  :>)
I'll tell you a story.

E.g.

I paid $15 to get to the front of a line for a Twitch soundcloud reviewer, two of them.

The first one couldn't even pronounce the word "meander"; he was more into rap hip hop
The second one made conventionally safe pop music like this (which I do not want to make):

The second fella also insisted that I go back and restudy songs; where the bassline comes in,
All kinds of crap. Admittedly Ive done some of this; Ive made about 250 covers, and maybe 20 or so original songs? He was forever amused with the use of stick figures to create the illusion of tragedy through song and dance; it reminded him of newgrounds and stick figure deaths :>) . I found out about what music he actually made later on, although not everyone I ask for help needs to be a stellar artist; advice is still advice and they probably aren't wrong. Also the number of songs Ive made do not count or mean anything, but I am further than someone who started with 0


So tonight im either asking;
1) What advice have u gotten that turned out to be completely bogus
2) Am I wrong for thinking most of the suggestions ppl give aren't worth my time if I can't apply them somehow

I mean, I have a difficult time being taught; the last teacher I ran into was in the Center for Addictions and Mental health; fucking loved Dog the bounter hunter and tried to explains metaphors and things to heavily medicated students who didnt watch as nearly as much TV as she did.
I mean I know people love culturally relevant things because sometimes they convey an idea so perfectly, but how do u explain Plato's Cave using metaphors from Duane "the dog" Chapman?
You don't. And that's what she fucking did for all 8 months and I endured that hell and I've told no one and im a "Stupid Toronto Teacher" Survivor. :fist:
