i really like your color contrast and sharpness in the dandy painting

it's cool when someone can manage a style of painting where the lines really compliment something so vibrant

Under the wide and starry sky
Dig the grave and let me lie.
Glad did I live and gladly die,
And I laid me down with a will.

This be the verse you grave for me;
"Here he lies where he longed to be,
Home is the sailor, home from sea,
And the hunter home from the hill."

Robert Louis Stevenson

tumblr is pretty good at being insensitive by ruining people's lives for making insensitive jokes

they're also even better than 4chan at perpetuating anger

usually not a fan of vectors but that looks really cool. curious to see how you carry over the aesthetic to sprites.

yeah i realize the pyramid seems a bit out of place. we were assigned to draw a 2 point perspective scene using a bunch of different shapes and people to get an idea of the scale. a pyramid was one, along with a sphere, cone, ramp and cube/rectangle so i tried to be a little creative.

i definitely recommend trying out lazynezumi but i'm almost sad it's just a trial.

lazynezumi confirmed for handy

although i don't have to i kind of want to keep working on this. lighting and colour are still terrifying to me though. i've tried grayscaling it twice but it's looked kind of bleh both times.

that definitely seems like a handy tool, thanks. i was actually just asked to draw a room with a desk and a chair in one point perspective but i just felt like doing something different. unfortunately it's pretty noticeable at the house and the path off to the right that it's not perfect. i'm happy with it as homework but i want to try using that line art tool next time.
