Bowser, also known as King Koopa, is the archenemy of Mario and Luigi as well as Pooh and friends. He is very good friends with Giovanni, the leader of Team Rocket, and is married to the Sailor Moon's Big Bad, Mistress Nine. The Koopa King was also friends with Mewtwo before the later's reformation in Pooh's Adventures of Pokémon: Mewtwo Returns. Bowser first appeared in Pooh's Adventures of Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones, talking with Giovanni's distorted voice. He later appears in Winnie the Pooh vs. Hook as an assistant to Captain Hook, and then in Pooh's Adventures of Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith as one of the surviving Separatists. Bowser continued his battle against Pooh in Pooh's Adventures of Star Wars Episode VI: Return of the Jedi as an assistant to the recently activated Darth Vader, during then he along with his family and Team Rocket hold Luke Skywalker and Pooh and friends, but were then defeated and trapped in Mewtwo's ghost trap. Bowser returned to aid Ben Ravencroft in Pooh's Adventures of Scooby-Doo and the Witch's Ghost. He was mentioned in Winnie the Pooh Meets Tarzan, as having recruited Clayton to bring him gorillas as sacrifices to his ever-growing hunger. His name was also mentioned by the Coachman in Winnie the Pooh Meets Pinocchio where the Coachman was thinking about given the donkeys to him. After the Pooh Star Wars Mini-series ended, Bowser teamed up with Divatox to try to bring upon the end of the world yet again with the help of his brother, Maligore.

mandolin maybe? i dunno if you'd count that as a guitar (i think its technically a lute, but it might be too similar to a guitar if you're after something more exotic). it has a cool sound though.

the mayuri is pretty cool, it's indian i think:

everything in this video

All You Need to Know About Mega Man X6

oh god. the worst thing is that video only covers a quarter of the stupid bullshit in that game. it's probably got the most fucked up level design i've ever seen and the bosses are not only stupidly overpowered but they pretty much attack relentlessly. the random nightmare encounters are the worst, pretty much a textbook example of 'artificial difficulty', but then they get coupled with the stupid level design and other bullshit (like that guy mentions, if you don't save a certain character then megaman himself can't even COMPLETE one of the stages).

i actually came close to beating X6, but after a solid hour of getting my ass handed to me by the final boss (which, this being a megaman game, is unfair by default) i gave up

Any KOF end boss, if you wanna see unfair.

you just brought back a lot of horrible memories

also, jinpachi and azazel in tekken 5 and 6 respectively. fuck those guys. you can play your very best but they always pull out some cheap invincibility thing or throw a projectile at you (this is in tekken, the one fighting game WITHOUT projectiles). i think some designers need to figure out the difference between 'challenging' and 'fucking stupid. stuff like megaman is the former, whilst most fighting game bosses are the latter

since eman posted mario kart, in the original SNES mario kart you are always designated a 'rival' who tends to perform better than the other CPU racers. the CPU racers also could only use one item ever (some that were unique to them), for example yoshi threw eggs and bowser threw fireballs or something. however, mario and luigi both used the star (the best powerup in the game). if you pick koopa troopa your rival is luigi, and no matter how well you drive, he'll spam his powerup even when he's close to winning and generally be a complete asshole. since koopa troopa was by far one of the best characters it made the game even harder to beat cuz you usually had to pick someone else. the game also has that stupid rubberband AI where the CPU characters seem to magically 'catch up' which is also a pain in the neck

these can be either on purpose (intentionally done by the designers etc. to infuriate the player), or simply bad decision making. a good example of this is that stupid barrel from sonic 3, which made many players get a 'death by timeout' due to no instructions being provided on how to operate it (not only that, but the logical solution to jump up and down on it doesn't work).

a recent one i came across was in one of the game boy zeldas, oracle of seasons. the very nature of zelda games is to explore and therefore you get rewarded for exploring. however, at one point before the sixth dungeon you come across a hidden entrance to a typical grotto with a stock zelda style old dude inside. oh cool he's going to give you something helpful or maybe some clues right? NOPE he fucking takes all your rupees (which might be as many as 999) off you for 'breaking his door'. bastard

another one i can remember is a certain pit in the mystic cave zone on sonic 2. there's a pit with spikes at the bottom, but unlike every other pit like this, you can't jump out. so even if you're super sonic or have invincibility or whatever you'll still die in that pit (to add insult to injury, the devs placed an invincibility box nearby, almost knowing this would end up happening)

aside from a third of it burning to the ground due to some idiot fucking around in the science labs, there wasn't really anything unusual about my high school. there was however this weird thing called 'solo' which was this almost orwellian room made up of cubicles where bad kids would temporarily be sent to do their work (as opposed to a classroom). each student was sanctioned off from each other, and they couldn't even look out of a window or anything like that, just the walls of their cubicles.

it was like the step between detention and getting expelled. i only went in once cuz in one of the years, students rotated on receptionist duty and i went in to pick some detention slips up (aside from getting in a few scraps i was mostly a good kid). even though i only saw it once i remember it being fucking awful - plain white walls, no music or talking, and a teacher slowly pacing about the room. there was just something sinister about it. my high school closed down earlier this year though so it no longer exists

can anyone tell me why he has a daydream/flashback about turning his friend's tv off in that intro, i seriously don't get what that has to do with the rest of it aside from further establishing that he's a complete asshole
