I don't much care for this pace and I believe it's simply because of the body language and expression of the girl (main focus). The pose she's in seems weird for the expression on her face and somewhat for the activity she engaging in.

That being said, your colors are great and I especially like the effects of the corridor floor. I have always envied those painters who can sort of give what I call a "wet-heat" look to their lighting. It's spectacular and I'm always impressed when I see it.
