This is my favourite thing I've seen you do, love the design of the stained glass window, it's absolutely awesome. Where did you get the inspiration for it?

the image is based off of a description of what the writer wanted , but he wasn't very specific about the composition so i mostly went off the overall theme of light and dark. it was meant to be largely symbolic so i did a lot of things i wouldn't normally do in a painting.

also the smoke effect is gorgeous
