I do like the sketches but in most of these it looks like their naughtiest parts are their hands, as they frantically try to hide them behind their backs...

I'm not sure if this pose is common in VNs but I don't think it's an authentic pose for real girls...  It conveys a rather shy image of most of them and as it is used so often, it makes some of them seem kind of uninteresting.
I know that it's just concept art and all and that you're probably still working on that but be careful not to picture them too similarly regarding their posture.

Did you already get names, and character information/archetypes for the characters or are you simply suggesting possible designs for the other developers without any guideline given by them?
