Do you really [aint in all those little lights in the windows? I thought you just put them on a layer underneath but I see that glow effect and realize you can't do that if the whole layer underneath is covered in yellow. So what gives maaan?

i never said i painted every window. i only do that if they're close enough to warrant detail. the windows are on their own layer with a glow effect yes, but i have a special brush i made that allows me to paint hundreds of seemingly random patterns of horizontally aligned windows in a single stroke, and i can control the density and columns of them with the scatter options.
