watercolors are pretty amazing because you can do great realism with them just as well as oil, I mean look at Steve Hanks. I think they just make for a nice medium that's sort of in-between the strictness of oils and the looseness of digital or something along those lines.

well the big difference is that oil and acrylics are additive. so if you make a mistake you can just paint over it. if you screw up with watercolor it's game over

but oils are super frustrating, a lot of maintenance and difficult to control. and to be honest i don't want to bother learning. i don't want my room smelling like chemicals

this is strange, hm. i looked at it in IE, firefox and opera and i couldn't get it to slow down. how slow is it going? there's supposed to be a new frame every 0.4 seconds.

it's a sketchbook not a journal. so that should answer your question

let's just say i've been using it since i was 10 years old and i can't find a good reason to drop it :P

it used to mean "ryan... til death" because he used to be suicidal but then he discovered the magical world of drawing and has since then been very cheery and optimistic OR SO I'VE HEARD

anyway I think that it is running how it supposed to (speed wise) it's just that maybe ant and b-cube weren't expecting it to make a new motion every 0.4 seconds (possibly?)

I like the details though the little things like the pegboard punching holes in the animation paper, the blue and green lights in the wacom tablet, and others. But it would have been super snazzy if the stickman was in keyframes like, actually making a running motion for those 3 or so frames. That would be really neato.

but animating in photoshop sucks and there's a good chance i would have screwed up the very delicate frames if i had tried to do that
