posts flagged as nsfw don't work properly, it's a fault in the forum software - either way, the only nsfw posts that are allowed to stay are topics that start as nsfw. if you start an nsfw topic that's fine, but you can't post nsfw posts in non-nsfw threads, that's not how it works
