I go to the gym 3/7 days a week and do pushups, run and do some weights

2 bad I drink too much shit on weekends otherwise I would look like a real papasote!

I haven't been able to afford the gym in a while but when i went i did alot of weights and cardio, i cycled there too which was an added bonus. I was in pretty good shape too but now im starting to get a little doughey so i really ought to start going again soon. My fav part of my workout was the plank.
