Powers: Every time Dilly utters the word uguu, those around her are transfixed on her. Uttering this word will also set off one nuclear warhead each time it is said.

Weaknesses: Hot areas, spinach, her always bothersome dyslexia, and boring classrooms which cause her to fall asleep and snore.

Profile: Dilly comes from a long line of Irish uguuists. In fact, her father is a famous ex-uguuist for the US navy. She wears a sailor school girl uniform complete with a sailor hat in honor of his efforts, especially since he was shunned for accidentally setting of an enemy rocket to destroy an US army base withholding valuable seals who were able to play trumpets with their mouths.

She enjoys cartoons, music, chewing gum, and playing with her friends!!!!!

and yeah, the drawings don't have to be perfect, they just have to deliver the story well (like anigen's first page, the drawings were far from perfect or detailed but they delivered the story well)
