well first of all sex is over-rated

second of all sex isn't even that important in regards to being happy/satisfied with your life (happiness isn't really that important either)

all of these views that sex is important in relationships and that we should have as much sex as possible comes from our cultural conditioning which is created by corporations that ride off of our sex drive in order to make money

in most cases our sex is just using other people for pleasure, lowering their status to that of an object, which only feels good if you're an evil/manical person

really sex is just there for reproduction and as a relationship strengthener and pretty much all other forms of sex end up being pretty worthless
