Aside from the general moe-eyes and what my friend said about most anime using different proportions, I can't really tell what's anime anymore and this piece doesn't strike an anime vibe to me.

I wish I could help you somehow, but I can't really think of anything aside from liking what I see. Long arms are long and the torso is pretty much dwarfed by them, but that's a stylistic choice, methinks...?

also hnil i think you're right about the arms looking too long. when i drew the sleeves of her jacket i made them larger so they do look kinda off. i'll adjust that.

also i plan on giving her pants. i was too lazy to draw them before
