from what ive play from it so far it sorta plays exactly like the first one except you play as a big daddy
saving little sisters and harvesting is sorta balanced out now
also hacking is so much better now
the game is also more linear
also even though you are a big daddy and you have this fuckin cool drill it kinda sucks

but my opinion doesnt matter...

bioshoce is some heavy stuff, what with all that sweart of your brow stuff. andrew ryan is a great character
